Bridgette has an undergraduate degree of Lee University (TN) and received her MA from the Pentecostal Theological Seminary/Counseling Department in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (TN). Bridgette delights in serving others through volunteerism or having friends over for a visit.

Originally from the beautiful island of Jamaica, Bridgette is a trained teacher. However, shortly after becoming a mother, Bridgette and her husband became publishers of 4-early childhood education books, which they authored, published, and marketed. They also authored coloring books for National Airlines (before the days of hand-held electronic gadgets and television on airplanes) as well as theme parks.
Today, Bridgette continues to write

During her time as Director of Admissions in a private middle and high school for students diagnosed with learning difficulties in TN, she quickly learned that Kleenex next to the office couch was a necessary tool to meet frustrated parents and academically and emotionally challenged families. She provided resources, researched, recruited, and reviewed documentation to identify the best fit while providing comfort and solace to families. She had become a truss bridge.

Playing on her name prayerfully, Bridgette founded Truss Bridge Life Coaching Services in 2022, (a truss bridge is a load-bearing structure that contains multiple vertical, horizontal, an diagonal members and provides better support). After completing the MA and working as a Coach. Trainer, and Therapist, her call was validated.
